CVI is August 6-8, 2026 at the Hyatt Regency at the Colorado Convention Center in downtown Denver, CO.
Conference Objectives
Cardiovascular Innovations is a world-class meeting focused on state-of-the-art therapy for peripheral, coronary, and structural heart disease.
CVI is designed to meet the needs of cardiologists, surgeons, internists, trainees, investigators, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and allied health care staff who participate in the care of patients with coronary, peripheral, and structural cardiovascular diseases. The focus of the conference is on innovative health care solutions for these patients.
CVI has three tracks:
- Coronary/Interventional Heart Failure
- Peripheral (with breakout sessions for Aortic and Carotid)
- Structural Heart
Over 200 esteemed faculty will share case-based presentations for practical learning in an interactive forum.
Fees
Early Bird pricing is in effect through 4/30.
- Physicians: $500 ($550 after 4/30)
- Fellows in Training/Residents; $175 ($200 after 4/30)
- Nurse/PA: $225 ($250 after 4/30)
- Allied Professional/Technician: $225 ($250 after 4/30)

Fellows and early-career (<5 years) physicians are invited to participate in our pre-conference Fellows Bootcamp on Wednesday, 8/5. This activity is included in CVI registration.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of CME Solutions and Cardiovascular Innovations Foundation. The CMEsolutions is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The CME Solutions designates this live activity for a maximum of 16.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Challenging Case Competition
Fellows, early-career physicians (5 years or less in practice), residents and students may submit their most challenging, innovative or educational case. Cases are reviewed by the directors and the best cases will be presented during semifinals at CVI 2026. The top cases from each semifinal compete on Saturday of CVI in the finals. The winning case in each category will receive a $1,000 prize and an invitation to be part of the faculty for the next CVI.
Eligibility:
- Submitters must be students, residents, fellows or early-career physicians (5 years or less as a practicing physician)
- Submitters may not be faculty or industry representatives
- Submitters may submit a maximum of two (2) cases across all categories
Travel Grants:
- Accepted case semi-finalists are awarded a travel grant to attend CVI to compete
- Travel grants include complimentary registration, hotel (3 nights – 8/5, 6 & 7, checking out on 8/8) and travel ($500 domestic/$1000 international)
- Travel grants are non-transferable
- Substitute presenters, so long as they meet the eligibility requirements, are permitted though substitutes do not receive travel grants

Poster Abstracts
The Poster Abstracts presentations at CVI allows early-career researchers to share their work with their colleagues and attend CVI via a travel grant.
