CVI2019 is a world-class meeting focused on state-of-the-art therapy for peripheral, coronary, and structural heart disease. More than 180 faculty will present during the 3-day meeting. The course is designed to meet the needs of cardiologists, surgeons, physicians, trainees, investigators, and allied health care staff, who participate in the care of these patients. The focus of the conference is on innovative health care solutions to optimize the delivery of care for these patients. The meeting will be held July 18-20, 2019 in Denver, CO.

Additional Opportunities

CVI 2019 will host an exceptional opportunity for trainees, practicing physicians and cath lab professionals to interact with highly experienced clinical experts at learning workshops with hand-on training. This unique practical and interactive education is being offered to all CVI 2O19 registrants at no additional cost. Each sponsor company will be responsible for pre-registering attendees for CVI 2019 Hands-on training at Pre-registered attendees will be assigned a particular time period on their preferred day through a confirmation email. Unregistered attendees could be accommodated through an on-site registration process based on availability.

The hands-on training arena will be located on the main meeting floor at the Hyatt Regency hotel, the new and more extensive location of the CVI meeting in Denver, CO. The training arena will be divided into coronary, endovascular and structural intervention sections with over 30 hands on devices and interactive displays and highly experienced CVI faculty.

The hands-on training will start on July 17th together with the new exclusive CVI 2019 Complications Course. This course will be CME accredited. The interactive discussions around coronary, endovascular and structural case complications will be enhanced by hands-on displays and training at the CVI 2019 Hands-on training arenas. These training arenas will continue to function on the first and second days of the CVI 2019 conference (July 18th and 19th).

Dedicated invited faculty with expertise and CVI Directors (between 3 and 5) will be assigned to each hands-on arena to interact and share their device expertise and tips with the attendees in addition to company representatives and clinical experts located at each hands-on device station within an arena.

  • Sponsorship: Each company sponsor will have the option to select one of the following packages for participation in the CVI 2019 hand-on training arena:
    • Option 1: $60,000 for up to 3 table top hands-on displays in all 3 arenas at each of the three coronary, endovascular and structural arenas between July 17-19. (up to 9 total tables in 3 different arenas)
    • Option 2: $25,000 for up to 3 table top hands-on displays at any one of the three coronary, endovascular and structural arenas between July 17-19. (up to 3 total tables in one arena only)
  • Sponsors will be responsible for transporting, establishing, conducting and dismantling of their hand-on demos at their own charge. Location of the demos will be determined and pre-assigned by the CVI foundation and communicated via an email with location maps and possible vendor listings for on-site arrangements and logistics.
  • Sponsors will be allowed to disseminate CVI 2019 hands-on training information, registration information and pre-register attendees for the training sessions.
  • Sponsors will be allowed to issue on-site training certificates based on their own internal rules and training requirements. These training sessions will not be CME accredited.

This mission is made possible through generous philanthropy. Support enables the Foundation to address multiple, unmet needs in healthcare for patients with coronary, peripheral, and structural heart disease.
